What Can Be Modified

Tour Date

Reschedule to a different available date for the same tour.

Number of Guests

Increase or decrease the number of participants, subject to availability.

Pickup Location

Update your pickup or meeting point address.

Special Requests

Add or update dietary, accessibility, or other requirements.

Modification Rules

Free Modification

One free modification is allowed per booking if requested more than 48 hours before the tour date.

Additional Modifications

Further modifications beyond the first free change may incur a SAR 50 processing fee.

Within 48 Hours

Modifications requested less than 48 hours before the tour are not guaranteed and subject to availability and additional fees.

Price Adjustments

  • If you move to a higher-priced date or tour, the price difference will be charged.
  • If you move to a lower-priced date or reduce guests, the difference will be refunded as a credit.
  • No price adjustment applies if modifying to the same-priced date.

How to Modify Your Booking

  1. 1Log in to your account and go to "My Bookings".
  2. 2Select the booking you wish to modify.
  3. 3Click "Modify Booking" and choose what you want to change.
  4. 4Confirm changes and pay any applicable difference.
  5. 5A new confirmation will be sent to your email.
